Welcome to Signum! These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Signum mobile application (“the Service”). By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Signum is an educational mobile app designed for tarot reading training, including keywords, card relationships, and spreads. We reserve the right to add, modify, or discontinue features through future app updates.

2. Accounts

You may sign in using supported providers such as Apple. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access if we detect false information or abusive behavior.

3. Free Trials, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Free Trial: New users may be offered a free trial period (e.g., a limited number of days) which may include daily training limits.
• Signum Pass: Premium features are available via our paid subscription plans (“Signum Pass,” offered monthly or annually). Prices are determined by the App Store or Google Play Store.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period. Payments are securely processed through your Apple or Google account.
• How to Cancel:
  • iOS: Go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Signum
  • Android: Go to Google Play → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions
• Refunds: Refund requests must be handled directly through Apple or Google, subject to their respective refund policies. In-app guidance is provided for informational purposes only.

4. Acceptable Use and Disclaimers

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and these Terms. You may not copy, redistribute, reverse-engineer, or use automated tools to abuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the app, including text, training content, design, and trademarks, belong to the operator or its rightful owners. We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-commercial license to use the Service.
